Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and original tags fully intact. Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@margauxsurmer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Margaux Sur Mer is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our team prior to returning your item so we may assist based on availability.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional or sale periods remain eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions outlined above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
